I really think this mindset is an extension of brainwashed “color blindness”/anti-racism. It’s extended beyond people and is affecting the rest of their perception of the animal kingdom
Yep! They’d rather collect something than nothing or send to collections. They’re going to offer a payment plan for the full amount but tell them you cannot afford that. They’ll apply a lot of pressure so be prepared
