    PHYSIOGNOMY NEVER LIES. The pictures of me are two years apart and this have been done both after 29 and at the same body fat % as I have always been lean plus/minus 2 kilos. To grow bones you need an abundance in Vitamin A, K2, absorbable calcium, cholesterol and sunlight.

    Agreed, its the high cholesterol. Cholesterol fixes all the health issues. Cholesterol is the human bodys equivalent to what antioxidants are for plants. This is why big pharma have demonized it. They would lose all their corrupt money if the health crisis gets fixed.
