$USDR, a dollar-pegged stablecoin, is currently trading at $0.53 after a wave of redemptions depleted all of its liquid collateral. Anyone familiar with Bluechip's rating framework could've predicted USDR's failure. It violates a cardinal rule which instantly earns an F rating.
