On the compute side of things, I went to help setup our new cluster today with @bertonearnshaw! For some reason they didn't trust us to rack the DGX nodes so we settled for some garbage duty and I read the DGX H100 Quickstart Guide... going to get these new nodes training soon!

H100s are in the @RecursionPharma house (undisclosed location) with our CTO @bmabey and team! This is what one of the world’s fastest supercomputers looks like when it comes off the truck. Kudos to our team and our partners at @nvidia for the fast work and great collaboration!

We have trained a phenomics ViT foundation model and the results are exciting. We’ve been using masked autoencoders as the pretraining task, and check out how well the models are able to reconstruct images! 1/2
