Building out an AI practice for a team is challengeing cause you just can't go all in trying to pick up some good principles to follow. 1. Does it need AI? 2. Can you explain the system? 3. Did we follow our rules for Token Disipline?

If you were going to develop an AI/Automation practice for your network team what would you start with ?

After you learn basic network you should heavily try learning into automation. We don't even buy networking gear anymore that doesnt have a well developed API.

The goal for AI in tech should be to provide self service for our customers and we build the platforms that make that self service possible with AI and intervene when a human is needed.
