Welp. 22 years later I’m no longer at Rotoworld or whatever it’s called today. I’m a free agent!! It was a great ride. Made great friends and had a great time. Still in shock. Is Luka playing tonight? Love y’all.

Cancer update: Doc visit today was great. Drugs are working well, which is awesome. Tumors are shrinking. Side effects kinda suck (tired, joints sore, bathroom issues) but overall things are going well. Just gonna keep going. Who knows how long?

So the reaction on Twitter to me and @ryanknaus @JonasNader @Jae_Tha_Truth getting let go has been incredible and I can't thank you all enough. Thanks for making me cry in the middle of trying to host a bar trivia game. I will never forgive you.

Not sure how to do this so just gonna do it. On the same day I found out I was in the #FSWAHallofFame I found out I might have cancer. And I do. Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma. Gonna power through treatment this summer and be ready for new season. See you soon and later on.

Probly time for a (great) cancer update. My “cancer number” is 5-10 for a heathy person. I was over 12,000 when I started meds and had “advanced stage” medullary. It is now reading at 15!! Crazy right? Doc also says only “200 people on the continent” have what I have. PTL.

Been a rough couple years. Laid off by NBC in my prime and didn't see it coming a year ago. Duped by Sportstopia just in time for these holidays. But welcomed by ESPN and Rotowire - What a couple of great outfits to work for. I'm lucky and love both of those jobs. LFG.
