I messed up. I apologized to Sam afterwards and he was kind when he didn’t have to be. His reaction was more than fair. I wish I could have that moment back a million times over, but that’s life.
This photo was taken on my 21st birthday. I’m not from Fayetteville and Bob surprised me by being there. I could write many more words about what he meant to all of us, but he was just the best. Simply the best.
Pray for Tom too. I did my school video project on Tom and Bob just this year. They worked together and had a bond unlike any other.

This is my personal favorite Bob moment. After this exchange, he was trying to figure out who asked him the question the first time, because it wasn’t him.
I told him it was me.
Without missing a beat he goes: “because we look so much alike don’t we?”
At the risk of being a prisoner of the moment, I don't think there's been a bigger jackpot hit for DVH in the portal than Aiden Jimenez. There was a realistic shot that he wasn't even supposed to pitch at all this season. He's allowed three earned runs in 21 1/3 innings. #WPS
