If approved by the community, Uniswap Governance's resilience and decentralization will increase. Two truths: The Uniswap Protocol is immensely useful (trillions of USD in lifetime swap volume), and it is governance minimized (two adjustable parameters in v3, one in v4).

To survive & thrive in a credibly neutral way, Uniswap Governance needs to use its reputational, financial & technical capital for good. But the system isn't set up for success. At UF, we're tackling this from 2 angles: 1️⃣ GovSwap 2️⃣ Making delegation necessary for UNI staking

As a result of those facts, it has built a market share lead with a very low level of Governance activity. Maintaining this lead is only going to get more difficult. Liquidity is fragmenting across many chains, intents are a thing, MEV is a thing, competition is VERY smart, etc.
