This is insane. We mentioned that new Bucs guard Shaq Mason is Shaquille Olajuwon Mason, named after the two former NBA stars. Well, his new teammate, Bucs pass-rusher Shaq Barrett, was born a year earlier in 1992, and is Shaquil Akeem Barrett, named after the same two players.

On a day where the Cowboys publicly avoided a $500k bonus, cool to think that the Bucs would have saved $3 million if Mike Evans finished with 995 receiving yards, and they actively worked to get him the record (and the $3M bonus) on the game's final play.

We’ll get more details today, but Bucs quarterback Blaine Gabbert was one of the first to respond on his jet ski Thursday evening when a helicopter went into the water off Davis Islands. All four aboard survived, with Gabbert’s help.

NEWS ALERT | #YourTampaPD responded to the area of the Peter O. Knight Airport - Davis Islands regarding a report of a helicopter submerged in the water. On arrival, officers found a helicopter in the water, approximately 200 yards from shore.
