As you may have seen, yesterday I was moved to the bench by Apeks. It was my dream to play in VCT here in Berlin, I worked extremely hard to get here and I'm proud of myself for reaching that goal, even if it has been cut short. My time with Apeks has been filled with incredible

Never knew how much the gym can impact your mental state. After my time in VCT was cut short, I was confused and lost, lost motivation and I was trying so hard to be motivated but it just wasn’t happening. I’ve now been going to the gym for 2 weeks and am feeling much better,
