Having a vibrant EVM ecosystem necessitates expansion in every direction filling the dearth of use cases that arise in its expansion, no single network filling every void by itself.
Just as it necessitates base layer interop to
a single L2 can’t address every use case.
with current limitations, it’s not possible to create the perfect general-purpose L2. there will necessarily be tradeoffs.
to build the fastest L2, you can’t use ethereum DA.
to build the most secure L2, you can’t use an alt DA.
