Working on the FCS ratings & noticed Sacramento St punter, Cal McGough (soph) has a .707 Boom Rating on 17 punts....FYI, No. 1 in FBS has a .704 rating. Team doesn't give many punts opportunities, so sample size is small, but Boom Rating is impressive. We'll be following McGough.
