This is actually a lot more environmentally friendly then sprawling suburbs, the road and infrastructure costs are enormous. Cities are incredibly efficient

Ex girlfriend did this, and they lied about the salaries. Most of the graduates got $35k a year if they got a job, you have to work a year as an intern barely making 20k in NYC. More then half the class gave up on social work, and the degree was worthless

QR codes were more popular in Asia for over a decade, they really got popular late in USA. In Thailand I can pay for noodles on street with QR codes and my bank.
