Ascendant Shards, Alloys, and Adept Nightfall Ciphers need to have a MINIMUM cap of 100 let alone having none, there is no reason for the cap to be 10, and their reasoning is so end game players don't hoard them so they don't have to play is one of the lamest arguments ever.
