Was in pub waiting for the managing agent of the property to call me. Lady next table over was breastfeeding her baby, staff came over and asked her to use the disabled toilet. I intervened. It is ILLEGAL in the UK to ask someone to move for breastfeeding in public. Mini 🧵

Landlord came over, asked me if I was “some kind of legal expert”. Showed him copies of my degrees, my practicing certificates over the years, pictures of me at global top 10 law firms. Then said yes. He fucked off, lady had finished breastfeeding and we both walked out.

Heya, also a nutritionist, this nonsense theory came from a single study by Northwestern University that was conducted on mice! Late night snacking can cause weight gain but that’s only because it’s likely additional calories and won’t be particularly controlled. 👍🏼🙂

Heh you actually can’t apply for universal credit other than online. In addition your to-do list and daily journal has to be filled out online. You need to authenticate yourself by way of a code sent by text once every seven days as well as your username and password.

This is exactly how the Gestapo worked. Much lower numbers than people assume, they relied heavily on being informed by people’s neighbours. A book by Frank McDonough details it using case files that were captured by the allies before they could be destroyed. It is chilling.

Harsh for those of us who have relied on being able to catch fish to supplement our diets. Being on benefits is horrible enough, free food made life a lot easier. All gone now, too much risk of contamination.
