CBS News has learned that the US reached a “quiet understanding” with Qatar not to release any of the $6b in Iranian oil money that was transferred as part of a U.S.-Iranian prisoner swap. This news comes as the US and Israel scrutinize Iran’s role in funding and training Hamas.

We reported on the Judiciary Committee’s email to Keyser on @CBSEveningNews last night. Her attorney’s response means the committee has now heard back from everyone Ford says attended the party. All four people either deny they were there or say they don’t remember it.

A couple weeks ago, @realDonaldTrump said that @senatemajldr told him that his call w/President Zelensky was “perfect” and “innocent”. But when I asked McConnell about that just now, he said he never spoke to the President about it. So was Trump lying? “You’d have to ask him.”
