If you want a completely static dot as a crosshair in #ModernWarfare2 disable "Crosshairs" in the HUD settings, and enable "Center Dot" in the Advanced Interface settings. You can even change the size of the dot.
The fact that Huskerrs (MnK Player) managed to get 15 on a professional controller player in close quarters on Call of Duty is pretty fucking impressive.
