This is a huge yikes and we do NOT want players like this in our community at all. I went ahead and perma banned this player from VALORANT, as well as all other Riot Games. Thanks for raising this. Please keep raising stuff like this and reporting so we can make VAL safer. 🔨🔥

When I quit at Blizzard, HR finally was like:
- what can we do to make you stay?
- do you want to be transferred to a game team? they’re less toxic than the tech org.
- do you want to be paid more?
You should have done all these things 3 years before I quit. I tried all 3 years.
Listen, I’m not trying to be a downer, but realistically, how the fuck are so many talented people supposed to quickly land back on their feet when there’s like no roles open and every company is practically on a hiring freeze? Like, what is the solution here? :/
I literally saw all of this happen before my eyes and HR didn’t do anything about it because they were too busy protecting the problem people. Skorupa was my skip level and he denied me a promotion when I reported a bud of his to HR, saying he won’t promote people who “cry wolf”
