📢 STORM trial breaking results at #ESTRO25! 🧪 MDT vs ENRT+MDT for nodal oligorecurrent PCa. 🧬 ENRT+MDT: ✅ Superior bRFS (57% vs 41%, p=0.014) ✅ Superior pelvic control (lrRFS 85% vs 62%, p=0.006) ✅ Superior MFS (76% vs 63%, p=0.06) ❌ No increase in ≥G2 GU/GI toxicity

The @EORTC OligoRARE randomized 3 trial just launched: SOC vs SOC + SBRT for up to 5 metastatic lesions of non-prostate, non-lung, non-CRC, non-breast primaries. First patient randomized at the Iridium Network @gzaziekenhuizen, Antwerp in Belgium! Leading this with @Mat_Guc.

What might PSMA PET-CT do in high risk PCa with its improved accuracy? It results in stage migration, mostly in the direction of finding more disease. How do we know if it improves outcome? We have to do an RCT: my trial concepts attached. Happy to receive comments. #APCCC21.

RADIOSA trial: 🔸oligorecurrent PCa SBRT vs SBRT + 6 mo ADT 🔸 ADT improved bRFS and cRFS 🔸 more polymetastatic recurrences in the ADT arm. 🔹would love to see eugonad-relapse free survival. 🔹 will be interesting to see QoL data and compare with the DART trial #ESTRO24

FAST-Forward Nodal substudy: 27Gy/5 appears to toxic. 26/5Gy is looking good as compared to 40/15. 1 Gy, such a big difference? #ESTRO2022

PACE B 2-year toxicity results presented by @alison_tree: SBRT vs standard hypofractionation. #ESTRO2021. More grade 2 GU toxicity with SBRT, but still very low. Even lower when you use Cyberknife? Grade 3 toxicity: 0-0.3%

98% nmCRPC are positive on PSMA PET-CT, with 1/2 being metastatic. Oligometastatic state in 1/3. #SUO18
