Some say @elonmusk has to buy $TWTR as IS w/ bots BECAUSE he "waived his right to due diligence." WRONG. SEC10b-5: $TWTR can be liable for omissions of OR misleading material facts. Waiving due diligence DOES NOT mean you have to accept a fraudulent disclosure (understated bots)

I gave @elonmusk sh9t for buying Twitter. Today, I couldn't be more grateful to be here. We don't even need or use the yellow checkmark, but we pay the $1,000 per month because it's a cheap 'thank you' to the man who's values I should have never questioned. Thank you, Elon.

Tesla would have a strong case, via the Lanham Act, to sue Mark Rober for false advertising/misleading an audience. Tesla would not have to prove damages, instead would only require a "tendency to deceive a substantial portion of the intended audience." Tesla would probably win.

The more I dig on @SenWarren aka #SenatorKaren, the more I laugh. She complains that @elonmusk takes too many energy credits, yet WHAT'S THIS!!! Oh, it's Elizabeth Warren's 2018 tax return with a $46,452 solar system and $13,936 in TAX credits. Me thinks thou protests too much

*HOLY SH9T* Ford $F, the company that's supposed to take on @Tesla, JUST revealed their *net* margin on electric vehicles. Ford NET EV Income Today: *negative* 40%. Ford PROJECTED Net EV Income: *negative* 20%. Tesla today's net margin: 11.4%. Good job @elonmusk & team.
