TLDR; CLOBs absolutely print Do CLOBs on blobs actually make sense? Do the numbers add up? let’s see… The biggest market makers on Binance can create up to 100M orders per day, beyond that, they will be rate-limited 100M orders per day. That’s ~1.1k TPS. Sounds wild for one
