What a day it’s been! Did my base run,my flight to New York got cancelled, drove 3 1/2 hours to Iowa, ended up racing a 3k. Thanks to @foxiejumper for driving me and to my coaches for getting me entered in the race and to Iowa state officials thank you!#RockChalkJayhawk

Running on this course today was emotional, but I made sure I had fun doing it. I will be lying if I don’t say this is the best course ever. I am privileged to have this as my turf! Excited for the season ahead and go Jayhawks.
