    We're open-sourcing Shorebird CI as a standalone Dart package. One command gives you a GitHub Actions workflow that knows your dependency graph, only tests what changed, and handles monorepos natively. dart pub global activate shorebird_ci β†’ shorebird_ci generate. That's it.
