    We are deeply saddened to share the news of one of our beloved students’ passing Tuesday evening at the Johnny B. Johnson Housing Complex. Jaikahb Ingram, a sophomore at UAPB, was found unresponsive, and attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.

    BREAKING NEWS: #UAPB has received approval from the Higher Education Coordinating Board to offer TWO NEW master’s programs: Master of Business Admin. (MBA) and Master of Ed. in Vocational Rehabilitation- Addiction Counseling. Both programs are accepting students for fall ‘21.

    The entire University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff family and the University of Arkansas System mourn the loss of Chancellor Emeritus Dr. Lawrence A. Davis, Jr. He passed away Saturday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff at the age of 85. 🧵

    Despite death threats, Dr. Lawrence A. Davis, Sr., then president of Arkansas Arkansas Agricultural, Mechanical and Normal College (now UAPB) did not rescind the College's invitation to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to be 1958 commencement speaker.
