We currently have a known issue with the Vietnamese ISP Viettel, who have decided to block Vercel's IP address. We have put in a request with them to get this unblocked and are working with them to ensure they don't block us going forwards.

A few users using monorepo will write a small bash script with all the commands needed to deploy their app.
