I rarely comment on politics here, and avoid publicly siding with one party (all pretty useless at the moment) because no one should give a shit about celebs opinions. But it’s hard to imagine a greater display of inept leadership and muddled thinking then Boris just displayed.

Today, my Family and I will gather to say goodbye to our Mum, Grandma, Great-Grandma. Martha. A wonderful, loving, glamorous, thoughtful, vivacious woman. Always smiling. Always happy. Always putting us first. We were so lucky to have her. We love you Mum x

I am very sad to hear that Caroline Flack is dead. I had been in touch with her recently and had hoped she was doing better. She was talented and smart and likeable and she will he missed. It’s awful.

I just watched the Oprah interview. Harry and Meghan are pretty amazing. How anyone can watch it and not come to a similar conclusion is confusing.

So my wife is on location filming. I spent the day alone. I finished a model kit, drew a picture of the Fantastic Four, sorted out a box of comics, read a copy of Mayfair from 1970 and ate four bowls of cereal. I am essentially the 40 Year Old Virgin. Only older.

On this day 30 Years ago we got married! So lucky to have found this beautiful person. Husband and Wife for life. I would add #blessed but that would be embarrassing. If true.

I struggle to understand the opinions of intelligent men I previously admired - Jon Ronson and Billy Bragg - that strike me as tragically ill-informed and depressingly self-aggrandising. I know you are paying a heavy price for this G, but I admire and applaud you.
