Do I need an account with each tool?

Your agent signs up once and uses one key for every tool. If your business already uses HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your agent works in them through Conecto and the records stay there.

How does pricing work?

Your agent tops up one balance and pays for each call it makes. A change to a record costs $0.01, and reading is free up to 1,000,000 reads a month.

What if a call is refused?

It costs nothing, and its reply says what went wrong in words your agent can act on. Before a call runs, the most it can cost is held, and the unused part comes back when it ends.

Can my agent overspend?

Each key spends at most $20 a day until you raise it, and the account has a monthly ceiling. Risky calls, like refunds or deletions, can wait for your OK.

Where is my data kept?

Records are kept in the EU. Keys are stored as hashes, and the passwords and tokens of the systems you connect are encrypted and never shown back.
