Copies the api-route preset shape from AIDotNet#400: one gateway entry with no per-model prices and defaultEnabled = false, plus the icon-map rows and the two catalogue counts the seeder tests assert.

Summary
API Route users currently need to configure its OpenAI-compatible endpoint manually. This adds an optional built-in preset using the existing OpenAI chat adapter and the current ginkgo leaf icon.
The preset starts disabled and uses
deepseek-v4-flash, which is listed in API Route's public model catalog. Pricing and context limits are left unset rather than inferred from another provider.I maintain API Route. Endpoint: https://global.api-route.com/v1; API keys: https://www.api-route.com/tokens.
Validation
