Oh Dear makes monitoring a breeze.

Great UI, makes monitoring a web app a breeze, especially if you're working with Laravel. We really have nothing to complain about, at all.

Solid monitoring tool, great addition to Laravel!

We really like the out-of-the-box integration in Laravel, quick support answers and bugfixes. Sadly though there's no free plan or like an entry cost prices for non-commercial projects with less than 5 sites for example.

Decent monitoring service!

Lots of features, decent price and value. It has useful features like cron job monitoring. Seems like a simple enough service that it could be even cheaper!

Full-featured site monitoring for a reasonable price.

Excellent, thoughtfully designed product created by a great team! Oh Dear has an awesome UI, and they have continued to add more and more features over the years. One remark, their crawler does not parse JavaScript, which means that one of my sites can't be crawled by Oh Dear. Oh Dear had way more features and a far superior UI than alternatives.

Great product, a must-have to monitor your sites and web apps.

Easy interface, intuitive and quick suppoort answers. We really love the product so we cannot think anything that we do not like at the moment.

It really is an all-in-one monitoring tool.

Oh Dear combines many monitoring features into one tool. It even allows us to track custom metrics via custom Health Checks. It would be cool though to see snoozed notifications on the dashboard so that you do not forget to "unsnooze" them after fixing the issue.

Excellent website monitoring tool.

Excellent for website monitoring, though not as easy to use for web apps with multiple services, domains, daemons, etc. Our apps have many modules on multiple domains. This forces us to use the "pro" subscription which is not that bad, but the tracking of multiple services, daemons, schedules, on different servers behind load balancing is not easy, but we realize this is a tough requirement.

Oh Dear is a must-have for all web devs.

Oh Dear helps us sleep at night, knowing there's a watchful eye on all of our web apps. Our clients love it, too—they see lots of added value in the many tools that Oh Dear has to offer, even if they're not working with it directly. Super-responsive and friendly support team, they're constantly adding new features and functionality, while improving what's already there. No notes.

The best site monitoring tool I ever used!

Oh Dear is one of those set-and-forget tools that you configure once, and then you hope to not be notified by them. Super reliable, love all those various checks that I can set up for my domains. It's not only site-is-down monitor, it's also cron, sitemaps, performance, lighthouse reports, status pages, etc.

Perfect for 90% of monitoring needs.

Generally excellent. Well-made, highly reliable and well-priced for the feature set it comes with. It's easy for my team to get going with as well as it's nicely designed and they've gone with a small, curated set of features (rather than chucking everything in).

Oh Dear is user-friendly, easy to set up and onboard users, and is accessible to non-techies.

It's the perfect bridge app between our platform devs and other team members that might not have the same access to troubleshoot or might be slightly less technical and need an easy tool to show where any issues might be. We use it during deployments to monitor the change in performance and analyse any trends in performance lag.

Does one thing, and does it really well.

Oh Dear is straight to the point and does extremely well what it is designed to do. Oh Dear covers both our public-facing pages (app, documentation, landing page), as well as our internal platform (backend services). It provides our status page, and notifies us of alerts directly on our team chat.

We’ve been using Oh Dear for a few years now and it has helped us get ahead of outages instead of hearing about it from customers.

This has allowed us to let customers know we are on it before they can tell us. Monitoring sites helps us be proactive instead of waiting for support tickets to come in. We also monitor scheduled jobs and use the Slack integration to get notified when they are missed.

Oh Dear keeps you calm and alerts you instantly!

The extensive checks suite makes it the central place for monitoring our applications. The dasshboard is slow sometimes when searching for a website or performing an action; it's not always clear that the website is in a 'loading' state. On the flip side, Oh Dear has many more checks available, with a more modern look.

It was really easy to set up, we really like it!

All our services are registered in Oh Dear and what we did is install a lot of notification channels. So if there is anything interesting, we are getting notified. Also, cron jobs are really important for us and Oh Dear gives us a really flexible way of setting up and monitoring all jobs execution. UI is really good. Public monitoring page is available, although we are not using it but is perfect.

Oh Dear helps us make sure that all our important websites are live, and that we have a way to communicate issues using the the status pages. The dead link monitoring feature is also extremely handy. It also provides us with feedback like when our websites load faster, which can also indicate that something is wrong, ironically.

Brilliant site and error monitoring.

We love being able to add a URL and have it instantly pull through uptime, performance, certificate checks etc. The integration into Laravel is great and the health monitoring, too. I don't use the status pages much, but I like knowing it's there for if a client asks. The downtime alerts have become invaluable, alerting me to an issue before a client spots it.

It is very easy to setup and integrate while being flexible enough to handle different cases. Also since it covers everything from websites to APIs, from SSL certificates to response times to first load etc. it is a single solution that covers all of our external monitoring needs. Just great value for the money.

It has an impressive variety of checks, ensuring you really are monitoring every little detail. On top of that you can implement custom checks. It also has great alerting settings with account and site granularity and fallbacks. You can even snooze alerts. The product is constantly evolving and improving. It occasionally takes a while to load, maybe related to the amount of sites we have.

Oh Dear fairly and confidently monitors all our critical systems.

Easy to use. There are no too fancy features but the base ones are perfectly covered. One of the most usefull feature for us is the application health monitoring, as we developped and used in all our project an open source Java library to expose different health keys to Oh Dear. Also we can get clean public monitoring page, available to our customers.

The best. Never had any issues with Oh Dear, and will continue to use them for a long time. Pricing for the sheer amount of features you get is very good. No mobile version of the dashboard is a minor flaw for us, but willing to look past it considering the use case. Reliability and broken link checking bundled into one product.

Oh Dear is an excellent platform for website and server monitoring, and there are several standout aspect like comprehensive monitoring features, proactive alerts through email, Slack etc. It's very developer-friendly, plenty of customization is available and there's enough transparency as well. Unlike some competitors, however, Oh Dear does not offer a free tier for users who want basic monitoring.

Great tool for tracking your site health!

It's a great tool for keeping track of our sites and services health plus a bunch of other more in depth tests than they can run, like domain certificates. I think compared to other services pricing could be a little better, specifically when you are working with microservices or load balancing, so we need to track multiple endpoints or servers for the same site.

Easy to use, all-you-need solution for website monitoring.

It's simple to use, but has all the features you need to monitor websites, all wrapped up in an easy-to-use and beautiful interface. We just wish there was a mobile view of the management dashboard available.

Love the product! We use it to monitor our clients' sites with which we have a maintenance agreement. Great uptime monitoring and other useful checks for monitoring our clients' sites and really nice UI! The only downside I can think of is the price is higher than similar services, but that hasn't been a prohibitor for us.

The pricing is fair, the UX is good, it is easy to integrate yet has a great number of features. We're using it every day. It is trivial to implement, and the customer support is decent. We are using it for most of the purposes offered by the toolset. Dead link checks, uptime checks, cron checks, and Core Web Vitals and SEO monitoring.
