Just install the application on your browser and type 'about:me' into the address bar.

You'll automatically be shown a full list of the ten websites you visit most, along with how often you visit each of them per day.

This tool also shows you the number of hours you spend on different activities every day. This info is shown in an expandable bar graph with details about the times you spend on each activity every hour.

You can also view the sizes of the files you download and transfer every day using your browser.
