Anytime you want peace of mind knowing you’re talking to an Aztec tech:

  • You’re a new client and don’t recognise the technician’s voice.
  • Something feels “off” in the conversation.
  • Audio quality is poor, and you want to be sure.

By verifying the technician’s identity, you can be confident your request is handled securely by an authorised professional.

How does it work?

  1. Enter your name in the box on the left and tick the box to confirm you’re human. (You may need to solve a captcha puzzle).
  2. Click Sumbit.
  3. A 6-digit code is generated by our helpdesk and is displayed on screen
  4. The technician will see your verification request and read the code back to you.
  5.  Once verified, a successful message will appear in the box

You can now be confident that you are talking to an Aztec technician.
