Spring is celebrated in Bin Weevils during March-May, featuring an extensive egg scavenger hunt along with various prizes and items.

In 2009, the Spring Party commenced in the party box, featuring trampolines and lilypads for jumping. The following year, Clott dressed up as an Easter egg costume and concealed eggs in five locations throughout the Bin, with players required to find these eggs to enter a competition. One hundred fortunate weevils received three exclusive items from the forthcoming Gadgets and Gizmos shop, managed by Zing. An Easter Party was also held in Slam's Party Box, where players needed to discover the correct egg combinations in the party room to win prizes, marking the final event of the 2007-2010 game era.
In 2011, an Easter celebration took place with Slum at Slam's Party Box, featuring a large egg scavenger hunt across the Bin. Players could earn rare nest items by completing combinations at Slum's Machine, while new garden seeds were introduced to Tab's seed inventory, and the Easter Pop-Up Shop launched at the Shopping Mall, allowing weevils to adorn their springtime nests.
In 2012, a new egg scavenger hunt was introduced for Easter, featuring the Easter Egg Cabinet. Players acquired the Egg Cabinet from Gong's Pipenest and placed it in their nest rooms via the My Stuff Box to discover special clues regarding the locations of missing eggs. Upon completion, players received various prizes, including Mulch and XP. The following year, 2013, saw the introduction of a Spring Festival location that included Hunt and her Easter Egg Combination Machine. Players accessed the Spring Festival by navigating through pop-up rabbit holes scattered throughout the Bin. By successfully completing combinations, players earned exclusive spring-themed prizes, along with Mulch and XP. Additionally, a Bin Tycoon catapult minigame was available, offering daily XP and Mulch rewards, as well as rare items. A design competition was also launched at Dosh's Palace, inviting artists to submit their designs for a significant Easter egg makeover. The winning design was incorporated into the game, with the winner and runners-up receiving an exclusive Golden Fountain garden item. Furthermore, a collection of Spring XP potion bottle boosts was introduced at Nestco.
The Great Egg Hunt has been an annual event since 2014, featuring an egg scavenger hunt with exclusive prizes, including nest items, garden items, and special moves. Participants must decipher clues to find the hidden eggs and claim their rewards, which are available for all players, including Bin Tycoon members. To initiate the hunt, players simply click on the booth located in the Shopping Mall. Additionally, a design competition was announced at Dosh's Palace, inviting artists to submit their concepts for a grand Easter egg redesign. To receive a message from Big Weevil and earn a rare nest item, players were encouraged to wear an Egg Hat from Hem's Hats along with spring looks from the Bin Weevil Changer.
The Easter Pop-Up Shop offers spring-themed items at the Shopping Mall. Nestco provides rareSpring XP Potion Bottles that enable weevils to rapidly increase their levels during the festival. Tab's Garden Shop features Easter garden seeds and various items for sale. Hem's Hats, located within Dosh's Palace, presents a spring collection that includes Rose Hats and Daffodil Hats available in multiple colors. The golden Bunny Hat, initially a complimentary gift for Bin Tycoons in 2015, was subsequently made available for purchase.
Earth Day is also celebrated, to demonstrate support for environmental protection. In 2011, a Bin Tycoon Bonanza weekend took place involving new Bin Tycoon members earning an exclusive Globe and Earth Wallpaper for their nest rooms along with 20,000 Mulch and other benefits. A set of Earth inspired nest items were released at the Shopping Mall in 2012. Players were encouraged to decorate their nest rooms with Earth inspired virtual goods to demonstrate their appreciation for Earth. Players could unlock a promotional Mystery Code at the Mystery Code Machine outside Lab's Lab to unlock an Earth Day Wallpaper. An Earth Day bundle was introduced to Nestco's bundle category which included a collection of Earth inspired items in 2014. The Majestic Earth Throne was added to Nestco's throne stock.

Nature Thrones were added to Nestco's throne stock in 2013 for high amounts of Mulch, inspired by some of the Bin’s coolest plants. Gott said that each throne has been hand-painted by the Bin’s top artist, Dab.

- In 2014, a promotional hat contest was held; Bin Tycoons who were spotted sporting the Egg Hat from Hem's Hats around the Bin were rewarded with a rare reward for their nest rooms along with a buddy message from Big Weevil.
- A spring collection at Hem's Hats inside Dosh's Palace is put on sale by Hem, including the Rose Hats and Daffodil Hats in a variety of colours. The golden Bunny Hat was given as free gift for Bin Tycoons in 2015, and later was put on sale.
