oh boy. it's been a rough day today & yesterday... got some news that my mom was rushed to the ER because of an abcess on her kidney, but they managed to drain it and are gonna keep her in the hospital while they run some tests and keep an eye on her.. i hope she feels better soon. my mom seems to have such bad luck medically, there's always something going on :-( i just wish she could catch a break..

and then today i woke up, my period started, i felt like garbage but tried to go into work anyway, but that resulted in me 1. throwing up in the bathroom 2. throwing up in the breakroom (trashcan) and 3. having to go home because i was shaking and sweating uncontrollably and felt like i was going to burst into tears. so then i came home and managed to nap for about 2 hours and i'm feeling Slightly better, but still hurting and feeling generally bad. eughhhhh... what a day.

i just made myself some instant tonkotsu ramen and a nice hot cup of tea, so here's hoping the rest of the night will be a little more peaceful :'-)
