The Provincial Health Leadership Program (PHLP) prepares early and mid-career professionals in Manitoba’s health sciences faculties, government, and healthcare system to take on leadership roles. Participants connect with senior leaders across the province, build their understanding of the health system, and complete a capstone project tied to their own area of work. The program runs annually, alternating between in-person and virtual delivery.
Our team hosts regular events to help you boost your skills in health research. Our most popular offerings include R and Python workshops, our Patient Engagement Lunchtime Learning Series, and leadership development courses, among others.
