Our pizza evolves, thinking of you with the goal of offering you an ever better experience, we have chosen to renew our dough by introducing the Crocca ancient grains blend, an exclusive selection of cereals that combines spelt, rice, Khorasan wheat, whole rye, corn, and soft wheat with germ and bran. A mix rich in aromas and character that, thanks to a long natural leavening of 24-48 hours, develops intense flavors and a unique structure: less gluten, less salt, and naturally a source of fiber. A choice born from our attention to quality and the well-being of our customers. Thus, our new Crocca is born: thin, fragrant, crispier, and surprisingly light, with an authentic taste that enhances every ingredient.
