Pilates Mat
The Pilates Mat program is composed of three levels: Pilates Principles and Fundamentals, Intermediate Mat and Advanced Mat. Through this training, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the Pilates floor technique and methodology, learning how to guide classes with precision, safety, and confidence from the essence of the method.
Pilates Reformer
This program is made up of three progressive modules - Reformer 1, Reformer 2 and Reformer 3 - that will allow you to master the use of the Reformer from the fundamentals to the advanced level.
