Why have you increased your charges last year?
Due to the astronomical prices of services and logistics from insurance, security, field hire, fencing, fire towers, lighting, showers and a dedicated fire officer and as a non-profit making event, these are unfortunately the necessary increases for us to maintain the boutique nature of our event

What is a weekend ticket?
A weekend ticket is your passport to the full Forest Fest extravaganza! This ticket grants one adult entry to the festival arena, not just for a day but for the entire weekend.
What is a day ticket?
A day ticket is your express pass to a specific day of Forest Fest fun! This ticket grants one adult entry to the festival arena on the specific day you purchased it for. Day tickets are not interchangeable this year, so be sure you pick your day carefully.
Is there a weekend family ticket available ?
Yes, this year we have a dedicated family ticket which allows 2 adults and up to 3 children 12 and under entry for the festival.
Weekend Camping Passes
There will only be weekend camping passes – they’re currently €60 per person. These can be used for the entire weekend or just 1-2 days if you prefer. – It’s logistically not possible to offer day passes to the campsite.
Adolescent
Forest Fest is a family-friendly event. Children 12 and under go free, provided they are accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. For older children 13-17, there is a paid adolescent ticket costing €90 for a weekend ticket, €50 for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday ticket.
What is a Teen or Adolescent ticket?
Adolescents or teens (13yrs – 17yrs) are welcome to attend the festival but must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult 23 years or over. ID Required
My son and daughter are 18 and 19, respectively. Do they qualify for an adolescent ticket?
No. Anyone 18 years or older is classified as an adult. ID Required
Can I resell my ticket?
We are working with Tixel, who provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan.
To sell your ticket, please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.
If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.
I purchased my tickets using Klarna, who do I contact if there’s an issue?
If you selected Klarna at checkout when purchasing tickets for the Forest Fest Music Festival via Eventbrite, Klarna becomes your payment provider.
For any of the following issues, you must contact Klarna directly:
- Missed or failed instalment payments
- Updating or changing your payment method
- Payment schedules or instalment dates
- Refund timelines relating to Klarna payments
- Accessing or logging into your Klarna account

Forest Fest and Eventbrite cannot access or manage Klarna accounts or payment plans.
What happens if I miss a Klarna payment?
If a scheduled payment cannot be collected, Klarna will typically attempt to retry the payment. You may also receive notifications via email or through the Klarna app.
If you miss a payment or anticipate difficulty paying:
- Log into your Klarna account to review your payment plan
- Update your payment method if needed
- Contact Klarna support directly to resolve the issue

It’s important to deal with missed payments promptly to avoid additional charges or account restrictions.
Can Forest Fest help me with my Klarna payment plan?
No — Forest Fest does not have access to Klarna systems.
As Klarna is a third-party payment provider integrated within the Eventbrite checkout:
- We cannot view your instalment plan
- We cannot change payment dates or amounts
- We cannot resolve payment failures
All Klarna-related queries must go through Klarna directly.
I can’t log into my Klarna account — what should I do?
If you are having trouble accessing your Klarna account:
- Use the account recovery options on the Klarna login page
- Reset your password or verify your identity
- Contact Klarna support if you continue to experience issues

Who do I contact about my Forest Fest tickets or order?
For anything related to your actual ticket purchase (not payments), you should contact Eventbrite or Forest Fest.

What is a campervan pass?
A campervan pass is your ticket to bring your camper to Forest Fest 2025! This special pass is for the entire weekend for your campervan and reserves a spot for your campervan. Each person will need a weekend festival ticket to gain access to the festival arena.
What is a caravan pass?
A caravan pass is your key to caravan camping at Forest Fest 2025! This weekend pass covers your entry to the caravan camping area and reserves a pitch for one caravan throughout the festival. It’s the perfect way to secure your spot and enjoy the festival.
Can I use a campervan ticket if I am bringing a caravan?
No, you must hold a campervan ticket if you are bringing a campervan.

Tents within campervan or caravan areas
For safety and space reasons, tents are not permitted to be erected for sleeping purposes within the campervan or caravan areas under any circumstances.
Awnings beside your campervan or caravan pitch
Awnings are permitted but must not exceed your allotted festival pitch.
Please note: Cooking with naked flames is strictly prohibited anywhere within the camping sites, except in specially designated cooking areas.

Tent Camping
What is a single-person weekend tent pass?
The Weekend TENT PASS is for those with tents camping solo (children 12 and under are permitted on this ticket). It allows access to the tent camping area and covers your pitch for one tent. You must purchase a weekend or day ticket separately to gain entry to the festival arena
What is a multi-person tent pass (2-4, 4-6, 7-10 people)
The tent pass allows you access to the tent camping area and covers your group’s pitch for the weekend. Make sure to select the correct number of people to align with your group size when buying your tent pass. Tickets are 60 euros per adult to meet the huge costs associated.
What kind of tent pass should I buy if there are 3 of us camping?
You need to go to the camping ticket section, and you will see the option for Tent Camping 2 – 4 people. Move the ticket counter to 3 from the default position of 2, and you will see the charge amount for 3 people @ €180 as the tent pass is €60 per person.
How much is it to bring my tent and camp at Forest Fest?
Camping at Forest Fest is €60 per person for the weekend, regardless of your tent size. You’ll need to purchase a Tent Pass based on the number of people staying in your tent: Single Pass – €60, 2-Persons – €120, 3-Persons – €180, 4-Persons– €240, 5-Persons– €300, 6-Persons – €360.
Can I camp in my tent if I have a day ticket?
Yes, you can camp overnight in your tent if you have a day ticket, but you must purchase a weekend tent camping pass to ensure your pitch is secured throughout the weekend to be available on your day of choice.
Camping Rules & Cooking
Does a weekend festival ticket include camping?
No. The weekend festival ticket only allows access to the festival arena. You must purchase a tent pass separately if you want to stay in a tent.
Does a tent pass allow you into the festival arena?
No, the tent pass only allows access to the tent camping area. You must purchase a weekend festival ticket separately to enter the festival arena.
Can I use a campervan, caravan, or tent pass to have access to the main arena?
No. You must hold a separate Forest Fest Weekend Ticket to have access to the main arena.
What is your campsite cooking policy?
We know a warm cup of tea or a hot meal can make all the difference during your festival experience. In response to feedback, we’ve made the following provision:
- A designated cooking area will be available immediately beside the campsite
- Cooking is only permitted in this area for safety reasons
- Disposable BBQs are strictly prohibited, as they pose a fire risk and cannot be safely disposed of
This is all about keeping everyone safe while allowing for a bit of camping comfort.
Are stoves or BBQs allowed at the campsite?
We now have a designated concrete cooking area at top of the campsite so stoves are permitted in that area only. Strictly no disposable bbqs anywhere.
Family & Kids
Is there a family camping ticket?
Yes, there is a family camping ticket which allows you access to the family camping area for the weekend. It allows 2 adults and up to 3 children 12 and under access to the camping area
Is there a charge for my adolescent (13yrs – 17yrs) son or daughter camping with me in my tent?
Yes. There is a €30 charge per adolescent (13yrs – 17yrs) if they are accompanying you for tent camping
What You Can & Can’t Bring
Is there anything I’m not allowed to bring?
Yes there is, and you’ll be glad you asked because there’ll be some items on the list you wouldn’t have expected. The safety and well-being of our attendees is at the forefront of our priorities. Searches of people, cars, and belongings will take place to help us make it as safe as possible for everyone present.
Anything on this list will be confiscated by security before you will be allowed to enter. Gardaí will be notified about any illegal items and you may be removed from the festival as a result. Better to stay on the safe side, don’t bring any of these items…

Can I bring in Folding chairs to the festival
Camping Chair Policy
Camping/folding chairs are permitted at the festival, however their use is restricted to designated marked areas within the arena zones only.
Camping chairs are not permitted inside any covered venue.
This policy is in place to help maintain:
- Clear sightlines for attendees
- Safe crowd movement
- Emergency access routes
- Overall audience comfort and safety
Unattended or improperly placed chairs can create trip hazards, particularly in busy or low-light areas.
We kindly ask all attendees to respect the designated chair areas and follow steward instructions throughout the weekend.
Clear signage will be displayed across the festival site, and our festival team will be happy to assist with any questions on the day.
Can I bring liquids or alcohol into the event?
Strictly No Liquids Allowed into the Venue
To maintain the safety and comfort of all attendees:
- No liquids of any kind are permitted through the entrance gates.
- Free drinking water is available on-site and can be used to fill personal drinking flasks.
- All bags and items are subject to search upon entry.
- Alcohol and any other liquids will be confiscated or disposed of at the gate.
We appreciate your cooperation to help keep Forest Fest safe, fun, and secure for everyone.
What Liquids Are Permitted?
As part of our commitment to safety and licensing compliance, no liquids of any kind are permitted through the entrance gates. However, we understand that some items are essential for your health and well-being. The following exceptions are allowed:
- Up to 50ml containers of hand sanitiser and sunscreen (including aerosols)
- Larger aerosol sunscreen sprays are also permitted
- Prescription medical liquids such as insulin or other essential medications – these are accepted, but we ask that they are clearly labelled and shown to security at entry
Free drinking water is available across the site, so you can fill your reusable water bottles and flasks once you’re inside.
Accessibility Questions
Power
If you require power for a medical reason please inform us so we can arrange access for you.
If I have a disability can my carer go free, and what do I need to qualify?
If you are applying for a carers pass, please attend the accreditation desk beside the box office/ticket check-in with the ticket holder and ticket for the person who requires a carers pass, along with the appropriate verifying documentation to get your carers pass.
How or where do I pick up my carer ticket
Carer wristbands can be collected along with all other tickets and accreditation, from the main campsite wristbanding point or the ticket hub outside the festival arena.
