Campsite Safety
Whether you’re staying in general, family, pre-pitched, campervan, caravan or accessible camping, there are a few rules that we ask you to respect to ensure the campsites are a safe and welcoming home for everyone.
Sleeping in standard cars is not allowed in any campsite or car park. Vehicles equipped with roof tents are permitted, but they must have a valid campervan or caravan ticket.
All tents must be pitched within the demarcated areas including guy ropes and all fire lanes must be kept clear at all times.
For motorised vehicles they must be registered as a campervan/motorhome by the RSA.
All caravans must be unhitched immediately upon siting the caravan.
Gazebos and free-standing structures are not permitted within caravan or campervan campsite areas.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to require relocation or removal of tents, vehicles or structures where safety distances or access requirements are not maintained.
Attendees are required to use waste and recycling facilities provided and to respect the event site and surrounding environment.
Roll-out awnings that are permanently attached to campervans may be permitted at the discretion of the Event Organiser, subject to the following conditions:
- Awnings must be fully open-sided
- No panels, screens, walls or enclosures are permitted
- Awnings must remain within the vehicle footprint
Here at Forest Fest HQ we are all about creating a great environment for people to enjoy fantastic music in relative comfort. Anti-social behaviour (including harassment, sexual harassment, and/or causing distress to other guests, artists or members of staff) will not be tolerated and anyone deemed to be disturbing the peace will be removed from site.
We kindly ask that all attendees follow the instructions and guidance of staff and volunteers on site to ensure everyone has the safest and best experience possible.
