action sheet: height is shrinking on press / activate

Bug Report

Ionic version:

[x] 4.x

Current behavior:
Clicking an action sheet button shrinks it.

Expected behavior:
Height should remain the same.

Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to any action sheet test and press a button: http://localhost:3333/src/components/action-sheet/test/basic

Other information:

Default State	Pressed State
