Ionic 4 RC bugs and missing breaking changes / docs

This issue is to collect and keep track of bugs and missing breaking changes / documentation in the Ionic 4.0.0-rc.0 version so we can make sure to properly update and fix them.

Bugs

• Segment indicator not showing (Ionic 4.0.0-rc.0 segment indicator not showing up #16820)
• Interface options aren't passing mode ([4.0.0-rc.0] ion-select interfaceOptions #16825)
• Action sheet buttons shrink on press iOS (action sheet: height is shrinking on press / activate #16790)
• Input Highlighting not working in Angular ([V4.Beta-13] Input validation highlight isn't working #16052) (PR Fix angular validation #17175)
• FAB hidden behind toolbar - Chrome only (Ion-fab show behind the toolbar #16780) (PR fix(fab): removes content layout contain to show fab on top of toolbar #17048)

• Prefixed component classes (Ion)
• Document how to get detail in event handlers (Change in v4 event handlers ionic-docs#258)
• Update grid documentation to include the sizes of the col attribute (auto specifically)
• dismissOnPageChange doesn't show a good alternative usage (breaking changes doc) https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic/blob/master/angular/BREAKING.md#property-removed-1
• Loading is still listing dismissOnPageChange in its docs (PR: docs(loading): remove dismissOnPageChange, add ionLoadingDidDismiss #17357)

Documentation

We haven't been able to make input error highlighting work with any of the beta releases. And it keeps failing with rc.0.

Form error highlight is a really common use case in any app. This bug should be addressed before going stable.
