Updating PowerShell syntax to PowerShell/EditorSyntax commit 529562f.

Includes multiple fixes detailed in PowerShell/EditorSyntax#94 and PowerShell/EditorSyntax#96

359 tests, 3459 assertions, 0 failures, 0 skipped
