This fixes a few behaviors I think are undesirable:
reconnect,for awaitconsumers (ones that use its async iterability) won't ever resolve, because we replace the#fan_outinstance without closing it. I think the behavior we probably want is to keep the existing fan out around, assuming it's not closed, and just keep sending new values to the loops. The alternative is to close the fan out, in turn closing all of the loops, but since they're not in a reactive context they really have no way of "reconnecting", so the most "reconnect-y" behavior we can implement is to just keep sending new values.invalidateAllto never resolveundefined. Now we leave it.
