REFUND POLICY

We sell digital products (downloadable icons and packs). Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are handled on a limited basis.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you complete a purchase, you receive immediate access to digital downloads. Where permitted by law, by starting the download you agree that the right of withdrawal may be waived. In all cases, refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from purchase.

WHEN WE ACCEPT REFUNDS

We may approve a refund in these cases, provided the request is submitted within 14 calendar days from purchase:

  • • Duplicate purchase or incorrect charge.
  • • The purchased file is unavailable and we cannot deliver it within a reasonable time.
  • • A documented technical issue prevents download and cannot be resolved.

WHEN WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for:

  • • Change of mind once the content has been downloaded.
  • • Incorrect use of the resource or incompatibility with specific software.
  • • Requests submitted outside the refund window.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • • The purchase email and order number if available.
  • • The reason for the request.

We usually respond within 3-5 business days.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing area, and the cancellation will stop the next renewal.

  • • Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • • Except where required by law, we do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused subscription time.
  • • We may approve a refund for a subscription charge in limited cases, such as duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, or a documented technical issue that prevented access to Pro and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • • If a subscription refund is approved, access to Pro may end immediately or at the end of the refunded period, depending on the case.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.

TAXES

If a refund is approved, we will refund the amount paid including any taxes applied in the original transaction.
