Cloud Servers are high functioning virtual computers hosted offsite which centralise the data of a functioning business. This data can be accessed on demand through a network – typically the internet – by many users at the same time, like a pharmacy.

Each pharmacy workstation connects directly to your private cloud server using a secure VPN tunnel. You can install as many tunnels as needed—allowing unlimited devices, remote workstations, and at-home access.

We handle the full setup, server maintenance, and collaborate with your dispense vendor* to complete a smooth software migration. If needed, we coordinate your entire migration plan to minimise disruption.

What happens if I change pharmacy location or add PCs?

Location Changes:

It’s cloud baby! The Cloud server wont need to change unless your plan to transfer ownership interstate to another eligible pharmacy.
We optimise the location for best speed and performance.

PC Changes:

Adding or removing 1-2 PCs is free of charge.
Large changes (e.g. adding/removing 2+ PCs) may incur a small once-off reconfiguration fee.
All changes are discussed and approved with you beforehand.

Are there any limitations or service boundaries?

Eligibility:

Service is currently exclusive for Pharmacies using Z Software as their Dispense/POS system.
Your internet must be capable with ideal latency results. We offer a FREE pharmacy pre-qualification check to ensure your current internet infrastructure is capable of going cloud. If you dont meet the requirements we can offer some suggestions to help you be cloud optimised.

Limitations:

External issues (e.g. router faults, internet outages) are outside our control.
We ALWAYS recommend a 4G/5G failover to stay connected.
