1. Digital Products
All products sold through our Site are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped. You will receive access to download the digital product(s) after your payment has been successfully processed.
For invoicing purposes, we recommend including the following text in the memo line:
“Purchase of Section 2 Digital Report – Licensed for Individual Use Only”
2. License and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use the digital product solely for your personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell the digital products to any third party.
- Upload our products to any third-party site, platform, or repository.
- Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the digital products without prior written permission.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital products, including but not limited to content, graphics, designs, logos, and text, are the intellectual property of Section 2 Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Ownership of all intellectual property rights remains with Section 2 Group.
Purchase does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased and accessed.

5. Restrictions on Sharing and Distribution
You are prohibited from:
- Sharing your login credentials, download links, or purchased files with others.

Any breach of these restrictions will immediately terminate your license and may result in legal action.
