Find the Freedom to Move Forward
It is time to let go of the reins so that you can unbridle a StableMinded vision and strategy and begin to live your life with purpose.
Whether you're moving through a life transition, exploring a deeper sense of purpose, or finally leaning towards a professional dream, coaching is an effective way to achieve clarity, direction, and support.
So if you're ready to take that leap of faith and pursue the dream lying quietly in your heart or figure out how all the unexpected turns in your life have been laying the foundation for your future purpose, coaching can be the next best step in finding the freedom to move forward.

Meet Your Coach
Since 2011, I've helped women experience transformation through providing biblically-based coaching, training, and curriculum, including numerous books, through my ministry, More to Be.
In 2018, I embarked on a dream to integrate horses into my work and became certified with the Natural Lifemanship Institute. In turn, that inspired the decision to pursue a Master's in Clinical Counseling with a Trauma Concentration and simultaneously train in EMDR.
In 2024, with a degree in hand, I began the journey of pursuing professional licensure, while continuing to develop Stableminded into a multifaceted counseling, coaching, and consulting practice.
I consider it a privilege to be a trauma-informed counselor, coach, consultant, and educator, passionate about helping others determine their best next steps toward stabilizing and thriving personally and professionally.

“If you’re really having trouble making decisions or determining where you should be spending your time, a life coach might be a good option to help you find balance and direction. I’ve worked with Lisa Pulliam and I’ve been so blessed by her guidance and encouragement.”
Esther Littlefield
"I'd been wandering, without a real sense of purpose or direction since I graduated high school. There were so many things I wanted to do with my life that I couldn't figure out how to settle on one thing. Through coaching sessions and the Highlands Battery Assessment, Lisa facilitated the process of identifying my goals, resulting in moving to Colorado and living the life I longed for.”
