The introduction of the Criminal Record and the ability to complain about entries, increased abilities for Gamemasters, and the introduction of Counsellors
From now on, there is a criminal record for all players that have been banished.
The ability to file a complain about gamemaster actions was added.
Counsellors were introduced, appointed by gamemasters to investigate and report violations of the rules.
You can ignore broadcasts by typing "#I #B" and yells by entering "#I #Y". Unignore them with "#U" accordingly.
This update introduced changes to the death penalty, blessings, stamina and more.

Blessings can now reduce the probability of losing items.
A experience bonus was added for the first hour of stamina.
A new 2-second-delay for fighting after changing floor level, teleporting, traveling with NPCs, using levitate or getting kicked out of a house; Stairhopping without getting hit can not be done anymore.
Invisible creatures will really be invisible for bots. (It will be impossible to aim missile runes on the coordinate of an invisible creature.)
An experience counter is added in the client including:
experience points left for next level
calculates experience per hour (based on last 15 minutes)
indication how long it would take to reach the next level with exp/hour ratio
Cockroaches can no longer be summoned or convinced.
Spectral Scum changed to be less annoying. Less speed, less often and weaker drunkenness, keeps distance and now a scumbag can always be used to vanish them, even if 5 have been already caught.

An anti-kick feature was implemented, to protect players affected by kicks.

Many changes were introduced to Paw and Fur Society tasks
A bridge was erected to connect the two sides of the ice just west of Svargrond (here) to make accessing Badgers easier for the Paw and Fur Society task.
Horestis' tomb is no longer empty if the world change is in its first stage. Creatures now spawn there to defend the reign of Horestis.
The Easter event was replaced by the brand new event Spring into Life. The event will start on April 16. (colored eggs, part of the Easter event, can still be looted from rabbits and can still be bought from stores).
A reform in the way of how punishments for rule violations affect player's accounts, globalizing the Inbox, minor changes to flash client & offline training in bed.
The criminal record was revamped with the implementation of the conduct level.
Instead of having a separate Inbox for every city, all players have a global inbox that can be accessed from every depot.
It is now possible to offline train when sleeping on a Bed.
The text for the achievement "Berry Picker" has been adjusted slightly: "The Combined Magical Winterberry Society hereby honours continued selfless dedication and extraordinary efforts in the Annual Autumn Vintage."

The Mad Mage will now spawn randomly at one of three different locations in the dungeon. Also, CipSoft addressed an issue that allowed players to seal the area off for other characters until the next server save. The world change now gets reset to its initial slime stage if there is no character in the dungeon that has gobbled enough slime to face the mage. Moreover, CipSoft addressed an issue with reappearing slime even though players had managed to clean the whole area.

Open PvP worlds received a redesigned unjustified kill system, first announced here. This includes:
A PvP bar which shows your progress towards Red Skull or Black Skull, it can be turned on/off via Options --> Status --> Show PvP Frames.
The amount of frags has been reduced from 20 to 5 unjustified kills.
The display of PvP modes in your client has been slimmed down, you can toggle between simple and expert mode.
If you are standing in a stack, you are now able to attack any skulled character.
Implemented fixes to address inactive slime slides in Rathleton, reappearing slime in "Their Master's Voice", and a PZ issue in the Wrath of the Emperor Quest.
Level 3 is now a requirement to send private messages.
The client and the website now show an overview of the current number of streamers and viewers on the Twitch and YouTube platforms, as well as the number of online players.
From now on, the Recovery Key created during the email confirmation process and needs to be entered on the website in order to complete the email confirmation of a newly created account.
Running the client under Windows XP is no longer possible, and the support for Windows Vista has ended as well.

From now on, elemental shrines on Feyrist teleport players back to Thais when they have used the winter and the summer court's portal in order to get there.
This update implemented many improvements to the house system.
Many smaller houses were merged to create bigger houses.
Houses section added to the Cyclopedia, letting players manage houses directly from the client.
Beds can now be freely arranged in a house. The maximum number of beds is limited to the former number of beds the house had.
The limit of one house per game world was removed, leaving only the limitation of three houses per account. This allows a single character to own up to 3 houses.
The creatures on the "top 20 hunting grounds" have been adjusted and their experience and/or loot decreased. Creatures and hunting grounds from the Summer Update 2019 and Winter Update 2019 have also been adjusted.

Tibians holding multiple stacks of Blessings are now able to continue their journey through the time travel dungeon.
An issue has been fixed where Vladrukh was invincible at the start of the fight and could not be defeated.
The Galea Mortis can no longer be imbued with Punchimbuements. Available Punch imbuements for Umbral items have also been adjusted as well as imbuements for the Umbral Katar.
As was the case before the last patch, the raid cooldown will now reset when returning to a pre-raid area. This allows players to once again complete a full raid cycle before triggering the cooldown.
The cooldown duration remains at 3 minutes.
Players will now receive an ingame text notification as soon as they can enter the raids again.
Introduction of the new tutorial area called Newhaven and removal of Dawnport, changes to NPC dialogues, changes to Achievements.
A new linear tutorial replaces Dawnport with Newhaven. Dawnport will be removed from the game.
A new NPC dialogue interface makes conversations more convenient and immersive. Vendors, bankers, and transport NPCs display small optional icons above their heads indicating their function.
A new info banner displays milestones like level-ups and hints for players up to level 20.
An optional melee weapon animation for auto-attacks appears in the game window.
Existing characters can no longer return to Rookgaard after the update. New characters can travel to Rookgaard via Newhaven.
Adjustments to existing systems:
The Mana costs of all wands and rods requiring level 20 or lower have been drastically reduced.
The Arrow Call spell now creates 30 arrows instead of 3 per cast, costs 30 mana instead of 10, and is automatically granted to Paladins after choosing their Vocation.
The range difficulty system has been streamlined. As a result, lower-level Paladins will now hit their targets more reliably from a distance. This change does not affect characters with higher distance levels.
The update changed the game so that spells are unlocked automatically upon leveling up and no longer require any cost:
Spells that previously had to be learnt from spell trainers are now unlocked automatically when levelling up, free of charge.
Spell trainers can no longer teach spells; related NPCs and map guides have been adjusted accordingly. NPCs remain available for interaction, but no longer teach spells.
Spells are unlocked at the same level as before and remain available in the Spellbook and the Magical Archive.
Newly unlocked spells are automatically added to the Action Bars if space is available. This behaviour can be disabled in the options.
For existing characters, all spells up to the current character level are unlocked automatically without being added to the Action Bar.
Each newly unlocked spell is announced via a banner message.
These changes apply to all characters, regardless of Free or Premium status.
Not affected are starting spells, spells from the Wheel of Destiny, and spells learned via quests, shrines, or specific NPC interactions.
Intense Wound Cleansing: base power is now 500. Cooldown reduced from 10 to 2 minutes. All augments that reduced its cooldown were adjusted accordingly by 80%.
Existing Spell Improvements
Chivalrous Challenge: jump range has been increased to 7 and now hits an additional target.
Front Sweep: base power has been increased from 72 to 80.
Front Sweep augments: first grants +40% base power; second increases shape to hit two additional squares to the sides of your character, for a total of 5 affected squares.
Shield Slam augments: first grants +15% life leech; second grants +25% damage reduction, for a total of 75%. They replace Chivalrous Challenge augments.
Groundshaker: first and second augment have been switched. The positions of Groundshaker and Shield Slam augments have been switched in the wheel.
Battle Healing has been reworked: increases the effect of your healing spells by 10%; this bonus is tripled while wearing a shield; no longer grants healing when challenging.
Combat Mastery has been reworked: you take less damage the lower your life is (1% reduced damage taken per 12/10/8% missing HP, with bonus doubled while wielding a shield. You deal more damage the lower your targets life is (1% increased damage per 12/10/8% missing HP, with bonus doubled while wielding a two-handed weapon.
Sharpshooter: grants 40% distance fighting. The skill bonus impacts your total skill (including bonuses from gear and other buffs like potions). Replaces the old Sharpshooter spell, which is no longer available.
Swift Foot: now allows attacking and casting while being active, but damage dealt is reduced by 30%. Individual cooldown has been reduced from 10 to 4 seconds, and secondary group cooldown from 10 to 2 seconds.
Divine Caldera: base power has been increased from 140 to 160.
Salvation: base healing has been increased from 400 to 500.
Divine Dazzle augments: first adds +2 targets instead of +1; second reduces cooldown by 8 seconds instead of 4 seconds.
Sorcerers[]
Elemental Stances: starting with the promotion, a sorcerer can now switch between three elemental stances:
Master of Flames: fire spells have 4% increased base power. Additionally, casting a fire spell converts the next non-fire spell into fire damage.
Master of Thunder: energy spells have 4% increased critical hit chance. Additionally, casting an energy spell converts the next non-energy spell into energy damage.
Master of Decay: death spells have 30% increased critical extra damage. Additionally, casting a death spell converts the next non-death spell into death damage.
Crippling Stances: the two existing crippling spells are turned into passive stances that sorcerers can switch between. They are unlocked with level 175:
Aura of Sapped Strength: your spells, runes and auto attacks apply Sap Strength to their targets, reducing the damage they deal by 10%. The Sap Strength spell is no longer available.
Aura of Exposed Weakness: your spells, runes and auto attacks apply Expose Weakness to their targets, granting 8% elemental pierce to attackers. The Expose Weakness spell is no longer available.
These stances replace the Sap Strength and Expose Weakness spells, which are no longer available.
Sorcerers can have one elemental stance and one crippling stance active at the same time.
Special Spells augments: first grants -4 seconds cooldown; second grants +50% base damage. These replace Magic Shield augments.
Death Echo augments: first grants -2 seconds cooldown; second grants +8% base damage. These replace Sap Strength augments.
Beam Mastery has been reworked: it now hits adjacent squares for 40/60/80% of the initial damage; still increases damage and reduces cooldown based on the amount of targets hit by the central beam.
Shared Conservation: Heal Friend and Nature's Embrace heal a secondary party target in the game window for 30% of their healing. Cannot be the same target as your original target. Additionally, your self-healing is increased by 10%.
Healing spells can now critically heal, using critical hit chance and critical extra damage.
Extra healing has been adjusted to 5% / 7.5% / 10% against targets below 60% of their hit points. This effect is doubled against targets below 30% of their hit points.
The Way of the Monk Quest bonuses have been expanded. In addition to granting up to 100% increased damage for auto-attacks, each shrine now grants 2% damage reduction against melee auto attacks, up to a total of 20%.
Mass Spirit Mend is no longer a Spender Spell. Its cooldown, base power and icon have been adjusted accordingly. The caster only receives a lesser effect, similar in power to a regular Spirit Mend.
Mystic Repulse: base power has been increased from 72 to 85 and cooldown has been reduced from 20 to 12 seconds.
Chained Penance and Spiritual Outburst: jump range has been increased by 1. Additionally, they now chain to the closest target instead of the target with the highest health percentage.
The Monk Familiar is now better at hitting enemies with its spells.
