I've worked with @photomatt for 10+ years so I have a lot I could share. I want to focus on one that I didn't plan to share with anyone, but I think it's important. Last year I was away at a conference when my wife received word of a medical diagnosis that was very scary.

It is incredibly risky to provide login access to the WordPress admin. I can't use a product that would require back end access credentials to be debugged. My customer data is there, my content, it's just too risky. Also, in practice most people don't know how to create users,
