I have been in this business for longer than I care to remember. Language learning and teaching have always been more of a passion to me than a job. I feel strongly that the experience that the young people have with us is one that they will remember for a very long time and what I love about our team is that we all care about what we do.

English is an ever more important language in the world and yes, it is a huge benefit to these young people to come to the UK to learn it. However, I believe that it is also a huge benefit to them to experience a different culture, be away from home and have to cope with all that it entails and meet and befriend people their own age from all over the world.

TREGARRAN PERCIVAL

Having worked for UKLC since 2009, I now enjoy a role building relationships with agents across the world.

I find my experiences at UKLC as a teacher, excursions & activities manager and centre manager helps me to express the quality and excellence of our schools to prospective students.

The incredible customer return rate is a testament to the hard work our staff put into ensuring students have the most unforgettable time in the UK.

JAGO BROWN

I joined the UKLC team in 2019, having spent much of the last 10 years in various senior roles within the sector.

I work across the business functions focusing on structure, systems, new markets and new products, while ensuring that our focus on agency customer delivery is strongly maintained.

I enjoy spending time with our team, discussing our vision for the future and listening to feedback from our wonderful students.

KAREN PAGE

I love my role as Managing Director for UKLC due to the great team we have and the fact that every day is different! I have worked in the industry for many years and to be back where it all began in summer schools is just great!
Seeing so many young people blossom with camp life has never changed and it makes the job so worthwhile.

JAMIE BRAILSFORD

Having been a part of UKLC since 2010, I know first-hand what a fantastic organisation this is. From starting as a Sports & Activity Instructor in the summer of 2010 to now as a full time member of staff based in the head office, I have witnessed the passion and commitment which is embedded into every centre to ensure they are of the highest standard year after year.

My role as Operations Director means that I am responsible for the excellent delivery of all UKLC programmes. Ensuring that everyone that attends a UKLC programme has a memorable, life-changing experience.

RAFF CUTOLO

What a journey mine has been with UKLC! I joined the company in the summer of 2005, when I worked as an English and Dance Teacher. I then came back every year and was given the opportunity to develop professionally by covering a variety of roles: Course Director, Centre Manager, Assistant Academic Director. Since 2016 I have been leading the company’s Academic team and I absolutely love it.

Why? Because it’s great to be part of a team that is dedicated to creating innovative programmes for both learners and teachers.

I am very proud of the high quality we offer in our programmes, as well as of the excellent academic profile for which we are known in the industry.

It really is an honour for me to be part of the amazing UKLC family.

JESS GOLDSWORTHY

I joined the UKLC team in 2022 bringing over 10 years of experience in various roles within the industry including teaching (both in the UK and abroad), summer operations and sales and marketing. I love working closely with partner agents to help them find the right destination and programme, ensuring their students have an unforgettable UKLC experience.

CAROLYN RENNOLDSON

The people we work with, be it our Head Office or seasonal teams, are what make UKLC the success that it is. I feel very lucky to oversee the recruitment process and ultimately get to know and meet so many brilliant people. Seeing people gain in confidence and develop from one year to the next is incredibly rewarding and a fitting testament to UKLC’s Educate, Inspire, Enrich ethos.

JORDAN DALLIMORE

Since 2014 I think I have worked in every job role at UKLC, including Sports and Activity Leader, Excursion and Activities Manager, Sales Coordinator and Operations.

I am immensely proud to be a part of UKLC, we are a strong team of creative and passionate people. July/August is my favourite (and busiest) time of the year, when I get to deliver our programme to our students. I hope to meet you too one day!

DAVIDE LOVERA

I joined the UKLC family in 2012 as a Dance Teacher and it was love at first Summer!

Since then, I was given the chance to grow professionally as I took the roles of Excursion and Activity Manager, Ministay Manager, Centre Manager and now: Regional Operations Manager.

I have a Musical Theatre background and while I was singing and dancing all over the World, I kept working on my professional growth and improving my leadership skills.

I am excited to take on this new role with UKLC. I am proud to work for a company that respects and celebrates its team members and aims at creating the best summer programmes the UK can offer!

LYNN LUNN

I have recently joined UKLC as Finance Manager. I have had a long and varied career in Finance supporting many businesses including manufacturing, agricultural and service sectors. I have experience helping to enhance financial systems within these organisations.

I am very excited to join UKLC and look forward to working alongside our committed and enthusiastic team, delivering our vision and values. I think that, now more than ever, we should be encourage young people to experience many different cultures, the benefit of this cannot be under estimated and provides an invaluable platform on which to build. I love travelling, good food, music, all animals and spending time with my family and friends. I like to watch most sports and trying to keep myself fit!

KARLY TAYLOR

I’m thrilled to join UKLC! In my role I look after our dedicated campuses for Individuals. With a background in product management, I’m experienced in ensuring that products or services reach their full potential.

Most recently, I worked as a Sales Manager for a local summer school, where I saw first-hand the life-changing impact these programmes have on students. I'm eager to continue this work at UKLC.

KATE CARROLL

After joining the UKLC team in 2022, I supported recruitment and summer operations before moving to the sales team. Prior to joining UKLC, I held roles in busy summer schools in the UK and Spain and spent 4 years working in Homestay operations in Chester. As a keen language-learner myself, I bring my passion for languages and cultural exchange to this role and love watching our students learn and grow in confidence.

SARAH HOLBROOK

I joined UKLC in 2023, bringing over 10 years of industry experience to the team.

The growing UKLC portfolio of destinations and courses is fantastic and I love working with our partner agencies to find the right programme for their students.

NADIIA FILINSKA

With over a decade of experience in international education, I have dedicated my career to creating opportunities that inspire and empower young learners to embrace the world. I specialize in working closely with partners across Europe, the CIS, and Turkey.

My passion lies in working with children and youth, guiding them as they step into international experiences that broaden their horizons and prepare them for global success. Whether fostering partnerships, designing programs tailored to students' unique needs, or ensuring seamless program delivery, I am committed to excellence in every aspect of my work.

Watching young learners grow, adapt, and thrive in an international environment fuels my drive to continue shaping pathways that connect students, educators, and opportunities worldwide.

KATIE BEXON

With a background in education, travel, and hospitality, I have been fortunate to gain experience in sales, marketing, operations, and student welfare. Working with international students and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds has been an incredibly rewarding journey, allowing me to contribute to meaningful and transformative opportunities.

As Sales Manager at UKLC, I am committed to building strong relationships with our partners and supporting our agents to deliver exceptional programmes that can truly make a difference in students' lives. I feel privileged to be part of such a dedicated and talented team, working together to create positive and lasting impacts for students around the world.

CLARE ALLMAN

As a keen linguist myself, I am extremely passionate about language learning, and believe that it is a skill that all young people should have the opportunity to acquire.

Thanks to my time living and working abroad in both France and Spain, and my career as an MFL teacher in the UK, I know first-hand how valuable and life-changing foreign language travel can be.

At UKLC, I look after all of our Year Round group bookings, and I love working with agents to find the best possible programme for our students.

LOTTIE HOLLOWAY

I first worked for UKLC as an Excursion and Activity Leader in summer 2022, at the busy Queen Mary University London. I felt so inspired by many students' desire to improve their language skills and to experience British culture.

I am now enjoying the UKLC experience from another perspective as I join the operations team in head office. My role involves booking and planning for groups and I am looking forward to another fantastic season!

CHARLIE STERNDALE-BENNETT

I am an experienced academic manager, having spent 4 years working in China where I became a Director of Studies at EF Education First. I returned to the UK in 2021, and began working as a Content Marketing Manager until I was lucky enough to start working for UKLC in the summer as a Course Director before becoming Academic Coordinator.

AMY O'CONNOR

My first experience working with UKLC was in 2022, when I took part in the Erasmus teacher training programme in Valencia. Upon returning, I worked in a busy UKLC summer camp, delivering English lessons and activities to our students. My current role as recruitment manager involves supporting the onboarding process of our summer team, to ensure everyone is well prepared to deliver an exceptional student experience!

KAREN GRICE

I provide support across departments including recruitment and finance, as well as joining the teams on the ground during the peak season. No two days are the same here and I am looking forward to welcoming students into a warm, safe, and exciting UKLC experience this summer!

REBECCA STEAD

I’m delighted to join UKLC as General Manager for UKLC Select, where I’ll be focusing on the growth and development of our premium individual summer programmes.
I have worked in the international education industry for over 20 years and have always been passionate about creating high-quality student experiences and helping young people make the most of their time studying abroad.
