    When I went to law school, I knew a law degree would be helpful no matter what I chose to do in life. Never did I imagine that I would use my skills & training to "prove" my husband's innocence to federal prosecutors after @JeffBezos & @amazon tried to imprison him. A 🧵 /1

    Corruption at the FBI isn't a myth. And it impacts real Americans, like my family. Take for example this warrant to raid my home. An agent swore to the truth of the facts in the affidavit. He lied. I can show - but only b/c this document was accidentally unsealed. /1

    I can prove America is an oligarchy. @JeffBezos *admits* to stealing $60 million in driver tips. Builds $500 million yacht & flies to moon. @JeffBezos *accuses* employee of not giving @amazon "honest services," @TheJusticeDept seizes his $ & raids home. No charges filed. /1

    2 years ago, @amazon accused my husband of a crime. 21 months ago, DOJ took ALL of my family’s money based on those accusations - without criminal charges. Today, we got almost all of it back. But they can’t give us the life we had back. Civil forfeiture must be abolished. /1

    When @elonmusk bought X, I was upset because it was harder to keep up with media and news here. And now, I get it. I wasn’t keeping up with the news. I was being served only the news that the corporate media - controlled by an elite few - wanted me (and you) to see.

    EXPLOSIVE: When @amazon's lawyers targeted my husband, their lawyer - a former federal prosecutor - emailed his former colleagues & said Amazon would talk to DOJ about "asset restraint/recovery." DOJ then seized $7M from Amazon's targets based on Amazon's allegations. /1

    THE COURT IN VIRGINIA JUST GRANTED MY. HUSBAND SUMMARY JUDGMENT ON RACKETEERING AND FRAUD. Against Amazon & Gibson Dunn. They had DOJ take my family's money. They had the FBI raid my home with guns. We lost everything. And we fought with our hands tied behind our backs. The

    By allowing @amazon to do this, @DOJCrimDiv is telling big companies & billionaires: okay, lie to us to try to imprison competitors, biz partners, etc. We'll seize their $ & destroy their businesses & if we can't get them to plead .. no big deal. No punishment for you! /23

    We have a final judgment from a federal judge that my husband - even if he did what @amazon says he did - complied with the exact terms of his employment contract. And yet Amazon has annihilated our lives with civil forfeiture, FBI raids & more. And it isn’t front page news.
